Family-Focused Meeting Workbook

The Appropriate Use of Antipsychotics team was holding a meeting with family members of patients that had been part of the collaborative. They needed a workbook that the family members could use during the meeting, and take with them.

The organization had never had much success with printed resources being taken home after meetings and conferences, so I trialed a new concept with this project - adding a space for the meeting participant to write their name.

It proved to be hugely successful, with the team noting that there were no workbooks left at the end of the meeting, and I used this concept on all future printed workbooks.
