About the Project
This poster is one of a series of posters that were created for specific long-term care homes that were working to embed palliative approaches in care plans. Each poster needed to include images that were supplied from the long-term care home. The posters were printed and shipped to the long-term care home, to be displayed for residents and family.
A total of 7 posters were created in this series.
