Resource for Patients

The resource provided information for caregivers and care partners on how to safely engage with a long-term care home during COVID-19. The resource needed to allow for long-term care homes to customize the cover with their information before printing it for use.

I also created a printer-friendly version, knowing that long-term care homes have limited resources and might need a version that used less printer ink.
