Workbook and Resource for Paramedics

The Paramedics & Palliative Care team needed a workbook developed for a training workshop. Paramedics would be the main audience for the workbook, and due to the fact that they are not used to sitting in a conference or workshop for multiple days, the team wanted to ensure that the workbook was interactive and engaging enough to be attention-holding and worth their valuable time.

Due to COVID-19, the workshop would be done virtually, over the course of many weeks, which meant that the workbook had to be even more engaging. I took elements that had proven successful with the same audience and added more opportunities for note-taking, doodling and brainstorming.
